Today is the third all nighter in a two week period for me. I am so exausted! Why is it that all us A P Kids tell ourselfes “we still have time to study” over amd over again and then all of a sudden the test creeps up on you the day before and then your stuck with an alll-nighter you told yourself you wouldn’t have to endure. I think i have statistically proven that all smart/ AP kid is a procrastinator. Take my best friend Diana, for example. She is number one in our class and has passed every AP test she has taken and she always to the last minute/ day to study. Also other people in my AP classes are the same as well. We kind of start contest to see who got the best grade by procrastinating the most. Diana usually wins. Why we wait untill the last minute is something that befuddles me. We take such advanced courses and are extremely competative, but it seems like we (AP kids) procrastinate and are lasier then the kids enrolled in regular classes. Also i don’t know about other schools, but my friends at my school that have regular classes receive about a pound more of homework then in all my ap classes combined. So now do you think you a failure in the school system or in the AP kids’ individual mind? hmm… You tell me…
So i don’t know about all the other high school students preparing for the A P tests but i know I’m very nervous about them and anxious. Another part of me just wants to get them over with because, lets face it, you cannot relax your senior year until their over and done with. With teachers that seriously prepare you i totally give them kudos for doing so. Not only is it stressful that you have to study yourself for them , but you have to do double the work when the teacher does not do much to teach the material.
Diana and I study together and make acronyms for classes like AP Gov and AP Bio, but what about ap calc or ap literature we really can’t use acronyms. AP lit is my most feared grade though because how is it fair to only allow you a 40 minute period to make an essay to the best of your ability? I can write a decent essay, but i need time. I simply cannot coherently think in such a rapid manner.
I’m afraid i will have more sleepless nights after this spring break filled with tea and coffee and sugar snacks provided by Diana’s parents which will allow us to try and retain every last bit of information possible.
Oh Well, after the tests its PROM!!! and GRADUATION!!! and then SUMMER!!!! so i guess i can sacrifice fun until then
I have to say, this movie was great! The story line was very eccentric to say the least. It is not for the uncreative, you really have to get into the story to understand and figure out how Coraline will help her parents. The 3D effects were fun, but very limited, I would have liked more things popping out at me. Tim Burton really hit it with this movie, because although Corpes Bride was pretty good it did not deliver as much as Coraline in the story line realm. I would definitely recommend this movie for everyone that likes Tim Burton’s movies and everyone that likes a creepy kids movie now and then.
yay! its huge but it looks so cute.

I of course saw it the first day it came out. I have grown up and always loved the simpsons cartoon series, and i have seen every episode thats ever been showed, so you would know how excited I was to see this movie. This movie was the best ever!!! I seriously did not even expect it too be that funny and it was it was down right hilarious. Everyone should see this movie at least three times because it is so great. It’s such a great movie also because you think you know whats going to happen next but all of a sudden the thing you least expects happens. Lisa finds true love, Bart gets embarrassed, Marge and Homer almost get divorced and so on. Its just a really great funny movie!
I recently saw Transformers with my brother and i thought it was a very good movie that was pretty faithful to the cartoon. It was exciting and it really gets your attention. If you have not seen it yet i suggest you go see it right now, it is too good of a movie to pass up.

Oh My God! Forget the movie! I recommend just sticking with the book because the movie is not even close to how good the book was. The movie presented not even half of the book and also it did not even show the scenes in the right order. The book is just soo much better, you never want to put it down. The movie kind of drags and takes forever to get to the good parts. it was just dumb, it should have been like the book.
